Let us do the digging. Sometimes questions come up that you need an answer to, but don't want to spend the time doing the digging. One example we see frequently is: why is my claim being rejected? Sure, you could figure out how to get the information yourself, but we know the phone numbers to call and even have learned the quirky tricks and shortcuts it takes to extract an answer from a stubborn insurer. 

For example, you probably don't know that it actually helps to mumble at certain points when talking to the Medicare voice response system. Strangely, if you speak clearly, the system hangs up on you. (We have a theory why, but we'll save that for another time and place.) 

We are willing to tackle any question or problem. We are well-connected to the psychotherapy and psychoanalytic communities, so if we don't know the answer ourselves, we usually can find someone who does.

We charge a flat hourly fee for research.
